Nothing herein is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a personalized recommendation to buy or sell any asset. We do not manage accounts, execute trades on your behalf, or offer copy-trading or personalized signals. Trading stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies or other instruments involves risk and you may lose all of your capital (or more, when using leverage, which this kit does not use). You are solely responsible for your decisions. Consult a licensed professional before investing.

2. Hypothetical results (CFTC Rule 4.41)

Any backtest, simulation or paper-trading figure we show is accompanied by this notice:

5. Software, calculators and Risk Guardian

Software and calculators are provided "as is", without warranties. The configurator's risk limits are a discipline tool and do not guarantee you will not incur larger losses (gaps, slippage, platform outages or execution errors). The software does not connect to your account or place orders. AI templates can produce errors; verify all data before acting.

6. AI avatars and automated assistants

The presenters in our videos are AI-generated avatars with synthetic voices; they are not real people. Our chatbots are automated assistants: they explain the method and tools but do not give buy/sell recommendations or advice about your account.
